Traditional equipment requires 8 hours of dispersion processing, while XRS equipment takes about 1 hour to complete, resulting in significant ultrafine dispersion effect and reduced energy consumption;

High speed, high quality

The stirring speed of traditional equipment is several tens of revolutions per minute, while the speed with dispersion function is within 1500 revolutions per minute, which only completes macroscopic dispersion processing and has extremely limited ultrafine dispersion ability; The rotational speed of XRS equipment is between 10000 and 15000 revolutions per minute, and the shear force generated by ultra-high linear velocity instantly disperses the powder in the slurry.

Multi layer multi-directional shear dispersion

The structure of components such as the stator and rotor of similar equipment is single, and the multi-level and multi-layer structure is simply repetitive processing. The same tooth groove structure is prone to short circuits caused by raw materials passing through the working chamber without dispersion;

The fixed rotor structure of XRS equipment adopts the concept of multi-layer multi-directional shear, and the assembled structure allows materials to be sheared and dispersed in different directions, eliminating short circuits and achieving more thorough ultrafine dispersion.

The three-stage high shear dispersion machine is mainly used for the production of micro lotion and ultra-fine suspension lotion. Since three groups of dispersion heads (stator+rotor) in the working chamber work at the same time, after high shearing, the lotion drops are more delicate and the particle size distribution is narrower, so the stability of the generated mixed liquid is better. The three sets of dispersing heads are easy to replace and suitable for different process applications. The different models of machines in this series have the same line speed and shear rate, making it very easy to scale up production.
